• Letter to BioMedNet in 1996. Sent in response to a discussion set off by John Maddox, "No crisis in immunology – yet." This is no longer archived.
• Letter to HMS Beagle (BioMedNet) following their web debate "A sense of self" (June 1997). This debate is no longer archived at its original site; it was visible at the Langman/Cohn web site but now this seems to have been withdrawn. (I have a full copy of this debate."
• Letter to the Scandinavian Journal of Immunology discussion site in response to a general invitation by Zlatko Dembic (one of the editors) to respond to Polly Matzinger's article in the journal. The original site has been removed although the letter was still visible but that link no longer works. I will see if I can find links to the leading articles by Polly Matzinger.
